Charter Inclusions
The charter includes a captain, crew, fuel, soft drinks, water, and ice.
Important Information
The Dubai Coast Guard enforces strict regulations on all charter companies, with fines issued for non-compliance. If any fines are incurred due to the actions of guests disregarding these rules, we reserve the right to pass these charges on to the guests.
- Identification Requirements: All guests are required by law to bring original ID. Tourists require original Passport. Residents can bring Passport, Emirates ID or Emirates Driving License. Failure of compliance can lead to fine of upto AED 1500 per person chargeable as per damage waiver agreement.
- Alcohol and Conduct: Excessive alcohol consumption and reckless behavior may lead to fines or charter termination without refund.
- Life Jackets: Life jackets must be worn during coast guard-mandated times, especially during weather warnings.
- Littering: Littering in the water is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
- Swimming Restrictions: For safety, swimming after sunset or more than three meters from the vessel is not permitted.
- Jumping Off the Yacht: Jumping off the yacht while underway or at anchor is not permitted & will result in the charter being terminated.
- It’s not permitted to participate in Jet Ski or other water toy activity run by a third party during your trip unless booked via us to safeguard insurance agreements with partners.
- Water Sports Activities: Third-party water sport activities, such as jet skiing, are only allowed if booked through us to ensure proper insurance coverage.
Number of Guests
Final guest numbers must be confirmed the night before and may not be exceeded on the day of the charter.
Catering Policy
- Final catering numbers must be confirmed the night before. Any amendments or cancellations to catering will incur full charges.
- Outside catering is not allowed, but you may bring dry snacks (e.g., sandwiches, chips). Please bring disposable plates and utensils if needed.
Children Policy
- The captain and crew are not responsible for child supervision. Children under 10 years must wear life jackets on deck, as required by the coast guard.
- All guests under 21 must be supervised by an adult.
- Only children above one year old are allowed onboard.
Attire
Footwear must be removed before boarding. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
Damage Waiver and Liabilities
Upon arrival, a pre-authorization of AED 1,500 on a credit card or cash deposit is required. This deposit covers any potential damages, additional services, or fines incurred during the trip. Damages due to guest actions will be documented, and a quote for repairs will be provided, with charges deducted from the deposit.
- Any extra cleaning required will be chargeable.
- Guests are liable for fines incurred from the local marine authority due to non-compliance with policies.
- We are not liable for loss, injury, sickness, or death incurred on board.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking inside the yacht is prohibited; violation will result in charter termination.
Examples of Fines
- Swimming during restricted times: AED 5,000
- Lack of guest identification: AED 1,500 per person
- Jumping while cruising: AED 10,000
- Littering: AED 5,000
Cancellations & Refunds
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather or mechanical failure. In such cases, the charterer will receive a full refund.
- 50% of the booking value is retained if canceled up to 72 hours before the charter.
- 100% of the booking value is retained for cancellations within 72 hours of the charter.
The charterer may cancel without penalty if:
- Weather conditions are deemed unsafe or a warning is issued by the coast guard.
- We cannot provide an agreed-upon aspect of the charter.
Captain’s Authority
Our experienced captains and crew are responsible for ensuring safety on board. Their instructions are final. Any instances of antisocial, reckless behavior, or abuse will result in charter termination without a refund and may result in prosecution.
